Hoe vaak komen jullie langs in mijn vakantiewoning?

Dat bepaalt u zelf. Maandelijks, tweewekelijks of op afroep. Wij zijn flexibel.

 

Wat gebeurt er bij schade of een defect?

We nemen direct contact met u op. Kleine zaken lossen we zelf op, voor grotere problemen schakelen we met uw goedkeuring een specialist in.

Is het sleutelbeheer veilig?

Absoluut. Sleutels worden veilig bewaard en alleen afgegeven aan bevoegde personen.

Bieden jullie ook service voor verhuur?

Ja. We kunnen de woning voorbereiden voor gasten, zorgen voor sleutels, en zelfs helpen met check-in of controle achteraf.

 

Kan ik tussentijds iets extra’s aanvragen?

Zeker. Heeft u onverwacht bezoek of een levering gepland? Eén telefoontje of mailtje is genoeg. Wij regelen het.

Kunnen jullie ook de woning voorbereiden voor gasten of familiebezoek?

Ja, we zetten de verwarming aan, luchten de woning, zetten eventueel een welkomstattentie klaar en zorgen dat alles schoon en fris is bij aankomst.

Werken jullie samen met lokale schoonmaak- of onderhoudsbedrijven?

Ja. We hebben een netwerk van betrouwbare partners in de regio voor schoonmaak, tuinonderhoud, technische dienst en meer.

Komen jullie ook bij vakantiewoningen in het binnenland van Zeeuws-Vlaanderen?

Ja, we zijn actief in heel Zeeuws-Vlaanderen. Van Cadzand tot Axel, en van Breskens tot Hulst.
